"I ordered my shirt and it hasn't arrived yet, how long will it take?"
All our dispatches are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Shipping. Delivery time normally takes between 3-5 working days. If you haven't received your order by this time then please contact us and we will be glad to assist.
"I don't like the shirt I've received, can I exchange it for another one?"
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns except in extreme circumstances. We are passionate about the shirts we sell and they have all been carefully selected. We wouldn't send anything out that we wouldn't wear ourselves.
Examples of Extreme Circumstances are:
A damaged product
An incorrect size
Our returns form can be found HERE. This form must be included in the returns box. Failure to do so makes it incredibly difficult for us to track the order and help solve your issue. It is also your responsibility to pay for the returns postage.
"If I am a repeat customer, can I get the same shirt twice?"
No. At checkout there is an option to write down the names of any teams you wish to avoid. In addition to this, if you sign up for an account we track what shirts have been sent to you so there is no risk of a duplicate.
"If I order a shirt, can I avoid/receive the same shirt as my friend?"
If you and your friend want to receive the same shirt or guarantee you receive different shirts then please note your friends order number in the comments box at checkout. Please note this may increase the expected delivery time. If that is the case we will inform you of any delay.
